In this case we leave the motion presented by the Municipal Group PSOE at City Hall to demand Algete placement of the flag of Spain and teach the rest of the town meetings as provided LAW 39/1981, OF 28 OCTOBER, BY REGULATING THE USE OF THE FLAG OF SPAIN AND THE OTHER FLAG AND EMBLEMS.
From this law, and taking into account the following items are requested and made the flag of Spain is the place corresponding to the Municipal Council along with the rest of formal education.

Compliance with Article 3.1 of the Act, and therefore, that the flag of Spain is permanently present in the Plenary Hall of the City Council with Algete the remaining flags: European, Madrid and Algete (municipal flag), and occupying a prominent place in the terms set forth in Articles 5 and 6.
